Photography is a beautiful tool that can be used to capture everything from gorgeous sunrises to a baby's first steps.

Photography is only one way that you could potentially tell a story. In fact, many would argue that photos often fall short when used to convey certain processes or emotions. Another way this tutorial could have been given is through the use of video. I, personally, find this to be the easiest way to understand a concept or method. Therefore, this technique would be best suited to someone who learns visually, while audio would be best used for someone who learns best verbally.

I think that this tutorial effectively teaches the method of creating a maxi dress from a t-shirt pattern, but that, perhaps, for me at least, a video would have communicated the same process in a more efficient way.
